At our institution, we are committed to helping each person achieve their full potential in an environment that promotes research-based educational practices, particularly applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities as a One-to-One Aide include:

  • Directly supporting the student's needs
  • Implementing communication, academic, and social behavior programs
  • Assisting with clerical tasks
  • Helping the student with daily activities and hygiene habits
  • Accompanying the student to various services
  • Supervising student during mealtimes
  • Ensuring program areas are well-maintained
  • Participating in recreational programs and ensuring student safety
  • Following school policies and procedures
  • Taking disciplinary action if necessary

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with a genuine interest in teaching
  • Sensitivity and willingness to motivate students
  • Desire to learn effective training techniques and behavior analysis programming

Salary: $18.00 per hour
