Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare extensive technical product support requirements, analysis, documentation, and execution. Participate in all stages including, design, building and testing and training.
- Gather, track, and analyze product data as needed.
- Manage inventory of products to be delivered to the customer.
- Manage inventory of team equipment.
- Contribute to the development of organizational goals and procedures.
- Support technical documentation compiling, writing, editing, and or coordination as required. Provides guidance and direction in the areas of quality, coverage, format, and style.
- Able work with limited supervision and able to resolve complex problems with limited or no assistance.
- Work with Logistics Software Databases conducting Inventory and onsite documentation verification.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manage shipping and receiving of products and supplies.
- Work with CESI procurement on the purchase, receipt, and distribution of equipment.
- 25% Travel Required
- Experience with Military Industry MIL-STD Technical Manual development, Repair Parts Special Tools List (RPSTL) and development tools and documentation. Experience working with Military CDRLs, DIDs and MIL-HDBK standards.
- Experience with the following software/hardware development, collaboration tools, and process. (JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum)
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering Discipline, Bachelors in Engineering Technology or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of engineering experience
- MS Office proficient
