JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking for Research Operations Coordinator for a year-long contract role, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Qualitative UX Researchers, ensuring a smooth experience for researchers and participants.
The role requires managing multiple projects, maintaining participant databases, and partnering with teams to process contracts and onboard new tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Manage participant recruitment for research projects, including logistics coordination.
Create and maintain project tracking documentation and recruit requests.
Maintain and scale participant databases for efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on contracts and tool onboarding.
Work with Research Operations and the Research Team to standardize processes.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a multi-project environment.
