Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relations: Implement owner's vision for the property operations
  2. Communication: Maintain professional communication with stakeholders
  3. Employee Management: Oversee on-site staff and lead training
  4. Leasing/Occupancy: Drive occupancy levels and leasing strategies
  5. Revenue Management: Maximize property revenue and manage finances
  6. Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate records and reports
  7. Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety procedures
  8. Facility Maintenance: Address resident maintenance needs promptly
  9. Other: Enforce community rules and regulations consistently

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in affordable housing programs
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in Residential Property Management
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Proficient in English and computer skills

Skills Required:

  • Basic Computer Skills, Management, Customer Service
