Available positions on 2nd. Starting pay will begin between $ per hour for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety, quality and production procedures.
  • Teamwork effort and involvement in order to meet production goals.
  • Reads MacOps program and machine schedule to review customer specifications and any special requirements
  • Verifies ( measures) incoming-materials to verify correct size sheets
  • Properly identify correct stacking patterns, print load tags and ensure correct use of bottom sheets and tie sheet per MacOps and customer specifications.
  • Identify and non-conformance material and report to machine operator. (warp, etc.)
  • Communicate any machine problems to the operator and supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through a "clean as you go" attitude.
  • Ensure line clearance functions have been performed before starting up of next order
  • Performs box inspection through-out the run for box quality and report any changes to the operator
  • Complete accurate records and verify sheet count, dunnage and unit appearance on all orders
  • Monitor PH and viscosity of ink through-out the run of an order and report any changes to the operator
  • Is involved with any and all aspects of the set-up once all task are performed.
  • Monitor and organize the bottom sheet area at the respected machines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED

No experience preferred

Be able to work in a team environment
