The chosen candidate will oversee administrative functions supporting clinical operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and delivery of quality care.

Experience working with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), which constitutes a large portion of our pediatric patient base, is preferred.

  • Manage the scheduling department to meet patient needs and coordinate clinician shifts.
  • Oversee HR to maintain compliance with updated employee files and proper onboarding.
  • Handle new patient admissions, including insurance verification and authorization.
  • Collaborate with DDD to match patient needs with available staff and extend authorizations when necessary.
  • Communicate with patients and families to assess and provide support.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to expand clinical staff for pediatric home health care.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and work with the CFO to meet financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of healthcare management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulations in pediatric home health services.
  • Knowledge of DDD rules and regulations.
