Pediatric Home Care Nurse, LPN

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Greater Phoenix area. As a pediatric home care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

- Monitoring the condition of pediatric clients
- Following up with, executing, and properly documenting orders from doctors
- Performing client assessments
- Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management
