Job Title: Support Specialist for Emerging Leaders Initiative at American Bankers Association

Job Description: This role involves providing support for ABA's Emerging Leaders Initiative, which aims to expand the network and engagement with the next generation of banking leaders. The focus is on attracting, developing, and fostering relationships with emerging leaders to ensure a vibrant future for ABA and the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to schedule and organize meetings and video calls for the Emerging Leaders Council.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Council Members, acting as a valuable resource and primary contact.
- Assist in planning and managing logistics for various Emerging Leaders events such as meetings, forums, and awards programs.
- Manage content on the Emerging Leaders Council Microsoft Team and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate marketing, communications, and virtual programs for the Emerging Leaders Peer Group.
- Maintain and update databases related to Emerging Leaders programs and State Association initiatives.
