Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver messaging for AES Hawaii in alignment with Clean Energy and Corporate strategies
- Lead communication strategy to protect and enhance AES Hawaii's position in the market
- Manage internal communications to engage employees and enhance their experience
- Create and execute local communication campaigns for targeted impact
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and media outlets
- Monitor press coverage and optimize messaging reach
- Foster collaboration between global and local teams
- Stay updated on media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Facilitate effective two-way communication between teams
- Qualifications:
BA or BS with over 5 years of relevant communication experience
Business acumen and creative thinking capability
Strong project management and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Proven leadership and teamwork abilities
