Position Overview:
We are a SaaS Technology Company seeking SaaS Technology Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the SaaS Technology Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure and operations.

You will work with a team of skilled IT Professionals, oversee day-to-day technology operations, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reliability.

7 or more years' experience in a SaaS environment required. This position will report directly to Executive Management.

THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:


Collaborate with the IT Team to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives and support company growth.
Perform regular security monitoring
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and ensure maximum uptime.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Establish priorities for system upgrades
Assist in strategic planning and risk analysis
Develop and manage the technology operations budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing costs.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and making recommendations for adoption.

Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring business continuity in the event of a system outage or security breach.

Identify information system needs
Qualifications
7 or more years of experience in a SaaS environment
7 or more years in Technology Operations
Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance best practices in a SaaS environment.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives and drive growth.
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
