The Role:
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive health and welfare benefit solutions to clients within tight deadlines.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients, develop RFPs, evaluate proposals, and conduct research on various benefit provisions.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, coordinate with different practices within the organization, and engage with consultants and vendors.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings related to health and welfare benefits.
- Contribute to client relationships, business growth, and client acquisition initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead strategic discussions with clients.
- Develop RFPs and evaluate proposals for various health and welfare benefits.
- Research benefit provisions and client inquiries.
- Manage multiple client projects concurrently.
- Collaborate with consultants and vendors.
- Analyze and interpret data for different benefit programs.
- Expand consulting relationships and bring in new clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with strong analytical skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health benefits, consulting, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
