Position Summary

General Manager will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to personnel; Operations Manager, management team, and office staff for the mid-Michigan (Saginaw) area.   • Manages allocated budgeted hours vs. worked hours. Daily management of staffing needs for designated territory: absences, monitors turnover, and employee relocation
  • Capability to effectively use time management
  • Ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflict
  • Manage employees in their designated positions
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 years upper management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must have valid car insurance
  • Must have reliable transportation
