Short Description A Herc Senior Product Support Manager will drive revenue within their designated territory by developing business relationships and providing customer solutions for our industrial and commercial focused customers tool rental needs.

They are subject matter experts and consultants for internal and external customers in the application of our tool fleet of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, specialty welding, hoisting, lighting, and ventilation product lines.

They shall also provide consultant expertise building solutions for integrated onsite and mobile tool rooms as part of the ProResources division of the company.

Responsibilities Demonstrate active participation in Herc Rentals Safety Culture, always prioritizing the safety of team members and customers alikeIncrease ProResources brand revenue contribution within assigned geographic areaCreate and implement strategic sales plan to grow revenueWork with internal region staff to drive results on targeted sales strategiesAnalyze market data and opportunities to ensure proper strategy alignment and identify new opportunities for growthAssist with the preparation and negotiations of contract bidding and renewalsCreate and deliver customer educational presentationsAssist Division and Region with product specific fleet managementCreate tool room solutions, coordinate mobilization, and perform on-site meetings.

Coordinate marketing efforts to increase internal and external brand awarenessSupport all team membersLearn and follow all company procedures and protocolsProfessional Experience Proven track record with a minimum 5 years of outside sales experience within the industrial tools and/or rental industryEducational Background Bachelors DegreeConditions of Employment Skills Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customersAbility to follow up with customers in a timely mannerAble to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the settingMulti-tasking individual who uses project management skills to accomplish goalsMust react to changing business needsSolid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred)Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the companyCompensation Data Pay Range - $24.00 to $26.00Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
