Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage vehicle service queue
Provide service quotes to customers
Assign/monitor workload of mechanics and technicians
Oversee purchase/transfer of outside items
Serve as liaison between customer and mechanics/technicians
Perform duties of other shop personnel, including mechanics and technicians, as necessary
Carefully inspect vehicles being serviced; notify salesperson if any additional services/products are needed
Perform regular maintenance of equipment as directed
Operate the machines and tools related to job responsibilities
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Possess current, valid Driver's license
Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's.
Experience in auto repair required
ASE certification preferred
Strong communications skills
Ability to explain complex repairs in layman's terms
