Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic head pastor capable of effectively leading, teaching, and shepherding our congregation. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for God's Word, sound doctrine, and expository preaching.

Essential Job Requirements include:

  • Lead: Lead DCC in worship and community outreach
  • Preach: Deliver clear, expositional sermons faithful to God's Word
  • Worship: Coordinate and lead worship services
  • Connect: Foster relationships within the church and the local community
  • Visit: Provide pastoral care to the ill, homebound, and bereaved
  • Small Groups: Assist in organizing and facilitating small groups and studies
  • Counseling: Offer pastoral counseling to members in need
  • Events: Officiate weddings, funerals, and other church ceremonies
