The Field Trainer is responsible for delivery and continuous improvement of training programs, conducting needs assessment, executing training, developing reinforcements and assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees of the organization for both orientation and in-job training
  • Collaborate with the company's management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees
    •Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools
  • Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
  • Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
  • Ensure the compliance of the company's employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions
  • Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identifying sections where reinforcements are needed
  • Provide continual support to members of management on-site
  • Assist in evaluating training programs
  • Conducting periodic (monthly or quarterly) operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep up to date of new techniques in teaching
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
  • Expert use of computers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Familiarity with learning management systems
Travel Requirements:
  • 25% out of state travel may be required
