Job Title:
Desk Side Support Technician

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about providing excellent technical support to end-users with a smile on your face? Well, we are looking for a Desk Side Support Technician to join our team for a duration of 11+ months in Worthington, MN.

Job Description

Required Skills:
- Desktop Support for both win/MAC OS
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Custom Apps
- Experience with VPN and basic Network troubleshooting
- Skilled in imaging desktops
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer-facing soft skills

Team Collaboration:
Be part of a dynamic team of 57 members spread across the US. Engage with your colleagues using MS Teams and stay updated on all site activities.

Shift Timing:
Day shift from 9 AM to 7 PM EST

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support
- Conduct Break-Fix and end-user support activities
- Stage, Build, and Image systems using standard client image
- Assist in special projects as required
- Offer technical training to junior team members
- Perform data collection/preservation activities
- Provide support for manufacturing devices on the shop floor
