Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in the Worthington, OH area for the 2024/2025 school year. This is a full-time position focusing on elementary students, with immediate interviews available.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavior support and intervention to students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral challenges.
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress to inform treatment planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to implement behavioral strategies and interventions in the classroom and other settings.
  • Support students in developing social skills, communication skills, and adaptive behaviors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student behavior and intervention implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to implement behavior support plans effectively and adapt interventions based on student needs.
  • Commitment to supporting the academic and behavioral success of students.
