Marketing Manager II

Job Responsibilities
- Drive marketing programs to bring traffic to our clients site
- Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements on website and mobile app
- Run social media campaigns to engage our clients social following
- Partner with external advertising agencies to deliver offsite ad campaigns
- Create marketing content to be used in onsite and offsite marketing campaigns; collaborating with designers to develop creative assets
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
- Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for customer engagement and conversion
- Reporting on progress against goals to senior management
- Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMS
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, on-device/mobile, and/or display
- Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer
- 1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
- Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis - this includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
- BA/BS required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large scale email marketing programs
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting
- Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
- Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $44/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
