We produce, package, and ship an assortment of frozen food entrees for Private Labels and National Brands for both the retail and food service markets. Position Details

  • 2:00pm - Shift End (hours may vary)
  • Monday - Friday + Saturday Availability

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to develop the Quality Team's food safety and quality knowledge as well as their overall skills and abilities.
  • Assign and monitor team's work activities based on production schedules.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Identify food safety and/or quality deficiencies and take appropriate action.
  • Communicate all issues, concerns, and exceptions to normal operating procedures to immediate supervisor.
  • Monitor production work methods to ensure they meet customer, USDA, and FDA requirements.
  • Regulatory point of contact.
  • Submit required product/facility reports as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all product safety standards (HACCP, GMP'S, SSOP'S).
  • Review and maintain food safety and quality documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a science discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Three plus years of food industry leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with various software.
  • Knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations and required documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
