At Great Wolf, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Purchasing Agent. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy making high-quality, cost-effective purchases to drive profitability, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Purchasing Agent, you will collaborate with inventory and receiving agents to ensure accurate order processing and validation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to validate food & beverage orders
- Utilize software for order placement
- Verify, receive, and rotate orders following safety procedures
- Ensure quality and quantity of goods received
- Communicate with F & B managers daily
- Perform monthly inventory assessments
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office
- Criminal background check and drug screen required
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous purchasing experience
- Strong mathematics skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods
