In this role, you will be a vital team member of the facilities staff by supporting the facilities functions at Country Club Plaza. This includes responsibility for the maintenance of the Plaza's electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural and building automation systems.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include...
Perform maintenance and repair tasks in the areas of: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural features, finishes and other components and systems. Perform preventative maintenance and repair for all systems and equipment. Document the work that is performed in the preventative maintenance system. Support all programs that are initiated by other departments within the organization, (i.e., Marketing, Security, Customer Service, Leasing, Specialty Leasing, SP&D, etc.), which includes set up and breakdown for events, RMUs, etc. Monitor, report and maintain the inventory of parts and supplies for the maintenance and/or repair of the Plaza. Ensure OSHA compliance in all applicable areas, including PPE requirements, hot work permit, and lock out tag out procedures, and maintain all required OSHA records.The ideal candidate will have...
Basic computer skills.
