Compensation:

$20 - $23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineers on various maintenance projects.
  • Follow all safety regulations and engineering protocols.
  • Address emergencies that arise outside of standard working hours.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Utilize a range of tools including hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches for maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance capacity.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, pool maintenance, painting, and general upkeep.
