Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize all associates within the community, managing the full employment cycle.
  • Prepare, implement, and meet annual budgets and forecasts, completing necessary reports.
  • Motivate the leasing team to maintain product and market knowledge, implement sales and marketing plans, and achieve occupancy goals.
  • Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, oversee maintenance schedules, and handle capital improvement projects.
  • Monitor resident selection criteria and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of property management experience.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a residential community setting.
  • Proficient in accounting principles, customer service, and multitasking.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
