Job Overview: Singer Safety is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound

Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong
prospecting skills and a proven track record of generating new business
opportunities through proactive outreach. This role involves identifying potential
clients, engaging in cold calling, and developing strategies to expand market
presence. If you are a self-motivated sales professional passionate about industrial

Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling,
email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.

Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by
researching and identifying new business opportunities.


Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with
prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored
solutions.


Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of
Singer Safety's product lines, providing technical information and assistance
as needed.


Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to
identify sales opportunities and stay ahead in the market.


Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
achieve and exceed sales targets.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer
interactions in the CRM system, providing regular reports to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team and other
departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.

Trade Shows: Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate
leads and promote Singer Safety's products.
Requirements:

Minimum of three years of outbound sales experience in a B2B environment.
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
BA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
is preferred, although exceptions will be made for extraordinary candidates.
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Limited travel may be required for trade shows and client meetings.
