Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Setting schedules and tasks for maintenance and emergencies

Requirements:

  • Real Estate License
  • Comprehensive knowledge of California Tenant/Landlord law
  • Previous experience in Class A property management highly valued
  • Excellent customer service and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with MRI a plus
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
