Responsibilities/Duties

The key responsibilities of the Billing Analyst include:

  • Assisting with reconciliations and managing a high volume of daily invoices
  • Generating quarterly invoices
  • Handling client billable hours, and contributing to quarterly billings
  • Supporting project-based tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector
  • At least 3 years of billing experience
  • Proficient in data entry, with strong written and verbal communication skills
