Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in technology project implementation, ideally in the audio/visual industry to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of audio/visual technologies, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for audio/visual/software projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
  • Execute projects in adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, designers, and clients, to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Establishes trusted working relationship with clients and stakeholders towards execution confidence and efficiencies
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Resource Management:

  • Collaborate across shared service teams to manage resources to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Work closely with technical teams to optimize resource utilization.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure project compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver highquality audio/visual solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables before client handover.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance project outcomes.

Client Relations:

  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Seek feedback to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor expenses and implement costcontrol measures when necessary.

Technological Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging audio/visual technologies.
  • Apply technical expertise to guide project teams and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's and Associates degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, etc.).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in technical project management within the audio/visual industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Successfully delivered complex enterprise scale engagements with values over $2.5M
  • Strong knowledge of audio/visual technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
