Job Description:


As the Head of B2C Growth, you will have full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for B2C sales of Felix and oversee a dedicated team comprising a Social and Digital Media Coordinator, Customer Engagement and Community Manager, and the SEO and PPC Specialist.

Your role will be crucial in driving the growth of the B2C business and ensuring its continued success in the competitive online finance education market.


Key Responsibilities:

B2C P&L Management:
Oversee the financial performance of Felix B2C sales, including revenue generation and cost management.
Develop and implement strategies that increase B2C sales to maximize profitability and growth (KPI).

KPIs:
B2C revenue growth rate, profit margins, cost reduction percentages.
Marketing B2C Channel MarketingTake ultimate responsibility for design and SEO of the website.
Create and implement content strategy (primarily blogs) to drive top of funnel website traffic.
Plan and prepare product launches (Data, courses etc.)

Sales campaigns (should be run on a consistent basis).Plan and improve Email-marketing campaigns.
General top of funnel advertising and pay-per-click advertising.
Ensure increasing top of funnel website traffic growth (KPI).Ensure increasing B2C sales (KPI).Increase sales of public instructor-led courses (KPI).Responsibility for increasing followers and engagement for other channels (KPI):
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc

Team Leadership:
Manage and support the team in their respective roles, ensuring they are aligned with the platforms goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
Coordinate activity with the Sales, R&D, Trainer, and Content teams.

KPIs:
Team performance metrics, employee engagement

Customer Engagement:


Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective oversight of the learner journey, from onboarding to continued engagement at both a B2C and B2B sales level.

Leverage feedback and data analytics to recommend improvements to user experience and course offerings.
Increase customer retention rates, net promoter scores (NPS), customer engagement levels (KPI).

B2C Platform improvement:
Continuously assess and suggest enhancements to the platforms offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of finance professionals.
Continually assess and suggest the addition of new courses, updates to existing content, and expansion of data tools.
Increase B2C user satisfaction ratings (KPI).

B2C Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue opportunities for B2C market expansion, including new customer segments and partnerships.
Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure Felix remains a leading platform in finance education.
New market penetration rates, number of strategic partnerships formed (KPI).

Collaboration and Reporting:
Report on B2C product sales performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Work closely with B2B marketing to increase qualified B2B leads from B2C sales. (KPI).Accuracy and timeliness of reports (KPI).

Qualifications:
At least 7 years marketing experience in an online B2C environment, ideally marketing high value digital products.
Expert knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and SEO strategies.
Strong growth background with a proven track record of achieving results.
Excellent leadership skills and experience in team management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Familiarity with the finance industry and its professional training needs.
