Isadora Agency is seeking an experienced, Digital Marketing Manager to take our digital agency to the next level.

Primary Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute multiple SEO/SEM campaigns, including strategy development, organization, and post-campaign reportingProvide SEO/SEM expertise for keyword research, reporting, linking campaigns, conversion goals, on-page optimization, social media, image and video optimization, digital asset optimization, and mobile search for clientsExecute strategic deliverables around SEO, link building, PPC, social media and inbound marketing campaigns to drive conversionConduct and manage day-to-day activities for all things related to Digital Marketing & SEO/SEM, including best practices, assisting with strategy plansMonitor trends, best practices and techniques to ensure top website ranking and identify new opportunitiesCollect and analyze data leveraging Google Analytics (i.e. tracking inquiries, setting custom dimensions, setting up goals, eCommerce)

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in the technology and/or marketing sector, agency experience is a plus.

An in-depth understanding of Search, Social, PPC and Display MediaExperience with digital marketing tools including: AdWords (certification is a plus), Google Analytics, MOZ, Raven Tools, HotJar, Unbounce, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager etc.

Proven track-record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines for strategic keywords, increasing site authority through link building, and achieving conversion goals.

Proven ability to manage content strategy and content publishing over social media and multiple online channels.
Excellent written & verbal communication skillsAbility to self-start & work well independently as well as in a creative team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizationStrong presentation skillsHigh quality standards and a desire to be a contributing part of forward thinking work
