Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in providing customer service, marketing, and sales support
  • Manage incoming/outgoing communications with Sales, Service, and stakeholders
  • Corresponds with customers and coworkers to answer inquiries and resolve account problems
  • Interact with clients and represent the company in a professional and serviceoriented manner
  • Assist in preparation for Market across all functions, including but not limited to campaign; writing orders, organize inventory and samples, communicating with clients in attendance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12 years experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to compare various data sets and draw valuable and actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook
  • Possess strong organizational skills and be detailoriented
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions, under deadlines
  • Capability to work as part of a team and independently on own initiative

Compensation:

- $25.00/ hour + commission

  • Benefits 401k (with 2% match), medical, vision, dental, paid holiday, vacation and sick time
  • Company shuttle service available to transport commuters to/from the Port Washington LIRR station
