The Sales Enablement Manager (Private Brands) is responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth for the private brands office supplies category through deploying strategies, programs, tools, insights, and training to drive awareness and increased sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales enablement initiatives to empower our sales force and drive revenue growth. The Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop targeted solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on sales performance and contribute to the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the planning and execution of private brands initiatives for the office supplies category, that will deliver sales, margin, and penetration objectives for the category
  • Leverage an analytical skill set to create goals, track performance, and adjust as needed to drive sales
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchandising/category management, pricing, inventory, and digital to ensure successful sales driving initiatives
  • Control and execute final release and destination of all sales information and customer facing deliverables
  • Create tools for sales to understand customers and business
  • Analyze data and deliver opportunities including void reporting
  • Support regional efforts through collaboration with regional sales leadership to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Deliver on brand strategy and sales goals through strategic tradeshow and sampling efforts

What you bring to the table:

  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills

  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training

What's needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7+ years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development

What's needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
