Job Description:
  • Play a key role in a vibrant contracts team, assisting customers with implementing contract requirements in various software systems that facilitate operations from market to cash.

Your role:
  • Oversee commercial contracts in SAP and Apttus, managing the entire process from contract initiation to completion for contracts valued over $100M.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and operational effectiveness to support downstream business activities.
  • Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and investigations to tackle a diverse set of challenges.
  • Utilize Lean strategies for continuous improvement, including process enhancement and development or adjustment of work instructions.
  • Proficiently manage and analyze extensive datasets using various tools and methodologies to enhance business processes and outcomes.
  • Leverage large datasets to derive actionable insights driving strategic initiatives and boosting overall business performance and customer satisfaction.


You're the right fit if:
  • Have over 3 years of experience in a contracting role, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate contract risks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
  • Possess organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and data matching, as well as experience with SAP.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience related to Contracting and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO).
