We're looking for a Quality Manager -Contract Manufacturing based in Memphis, TN to join our team at Boston Beer Corporation. In this role, you will be the main quality link between Boston Beer and all external manufacturers, ensuring that Food Safety and Quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement initiatives that benefit both parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality for all Contract Production
  • Manage contract manufacturer qualification and audits
  • Participate in the co-manufacturer selection process
  • Monitor supplier quality metrics and drive improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems
  • Review production performance results and lead improvement projects
  • Conduct audits to verify standards compliance
  • Support new product introductions and uphold quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally
  • Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Proficiency in Food Safety and Quality sciences
  • Skilled in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
  • Demonstrated success in managing food safety and quality across multiple locations
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Experience and knowledge of GFSI schemes, preferred SQF Level
