**Position:** Epic Application Analyst

CommonSpirit Health provides compassionate care through over 700 care sites across the U.S. offering services from clinics and hospitals to home-based and virtual care. Our communities and families rely on us for protection and quality healthcare.
Design and present solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Review and analyze systems, test and document Epic applications, and lead teams in making key configuration decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, test, and support IT solutions for operational and clinical needs.
- Deliver project assignments of medium to high complexity, including application design and configuration build.
- Support existing functionality and programs, troubleshoot new features, and analyze system integration.
- Collaborate with customers and peers to implement changes effectively.
- Create system design and build documentation, translate business requirements to technical designs.
- Lead application management activities and product lifecycle management for assigned modules.
- Support continuous system maintenance and optimization.
- Provide on-call coverage and occasional travel as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in clinical, operational, or application support required.
- Development experience in a hospital or medical field is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Experience with project life cycle or management methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of technology projects and ability to lead business and technology partners through deployment and implementation.
- EPIC certification required within 4 months of employment. Ongoing maintenance of certification.
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot, be proactive, and demonstrate assertiveness and initiative.
**Pay Range:** $59.09 per hour
