Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Specialist with a strong background in Paid Marketing and E-commerce, coupled with proficient bookkeeping skills to join our team. In this full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to paid marketing campaigns, overseeing financial transactions, and providing strategic financial insights for our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial excellence and ensure operational efficiency. Remote work options are available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a marketing organization
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with marketing operations and understanding of key metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both finance and marketing to identify opportunities for improvement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
