Responsibilities:

  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up on leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to understand their home preferences and seal the deal
  • Follow up with leads to boost sales
  • Nurture client relationships to drive more sales
  • Manage the entire process from listing to closing for a seamless transaction experience


Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid real estate license for Washington State
  • Demonstrate a track record of real estate sales, aiming for 4-20 units in sales in the past three years combined
  • We do not onboard new agents - consider applying for our Showing Partner role if you're new to the field
  • Capable of making 250+ outbound dials per week with determination and work ethic
  • Possess strong drive and motivation
  • Proficient in basic technology usage such as CRM
  • Driven, self-motivated, and strives for professional development
  • Preferably, a proven history of sales experience and success
  • Openness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Organized with effective time management skills
