RESPONSIBILITIES AND BENEFITS

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the entire parts sales process.
  • Interact with colleagues and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate updates on customer parts status.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the parts catalog to locate specific components.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate price quotes and information.
  • Verify that ordered parts match the repair estimates and ensure correct pricing.
  • Deliver top-notch service to both internal and external customers.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from stock.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Notify the parts manager promptly about out-of-stock items or urgent shop requirements.
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders when necessary.
  • Ensure proper billing of parts requests on service repair orders.
  • Process payments from retail customers or obtain credit approvals.
  • Arrange orders for daily shipping, delivery, or pickup.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably, prior experience in auto parts sales
  • Knowledge of CDK system is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in interpreting safety guidelines, operational instructions, and manuals
  • Capability to perform calculations involving discounts, commissions, percentages, and more
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background verification
