  • Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate and procure parts not in stock, and complete special order part requests for customers.
  • Communicate with customers on parts status, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Interact with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner, promoting a positive and welcoming work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in auto parts sales is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
