Rosen Hyundai, a family-owned and operated automotive group, is seeking a skilled Parts Counter Specialist to join our team at our Hyundai location in Milwaukee, WI. We are currently in search of an experienced Parts Counter Specialist to oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the parts sales process, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Converse with customers regarding parts status, pricing, and availability.
  • Utilize the parts catalog to locate and order parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information to customers.
  • Review shop estimates to ensure that all parts ordered are correct and pricing is accurate.
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Conduct weekly bin checks to ensure the accuracy of stock and notify the parts manager of any discrepancies.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as needed.
  • Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior Auto Parts Sales Experience Preferred.
  • CDK Experience Preferred.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
