The Business System Supervisor will work closely with the Charlotte Douglas International Airport to ensure smooth operations of parking and baggage systems.

Summary

This role involves overseeing system administrators, managing server infrastructure, and providing technical support to maintain parking revenue efficiently. If you're tech-savvy and excited about working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of parking and baggage handling systems administrators
  • Manage system administration and software maintenance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Create documentation and participate in project planning
  • Supervise personnel and conduct business analysis
  • Collaborate with vendors and assist in budgeting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of:

  • English grammar, bookkeeping, and modern office procedures
  • Server administration and network protocols
  • Basic IT infrastructure in an airport environment
  • SCADA networks and PLC's

Skill in:

  • Interpersonal communication, leadership, and troubleshooting
  • Customer service, organization, and time management

Ability to:

  • Meet deadlines, follow directions, and maintain confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively and provide technical guidance

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration
  • 5+ years of experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduation with 7 years' work experience
  • or Associate's Degree with 5 years' work experience
  • or Bachelor's Degree with 3 years' work experience
  • or Master's Degree with 1 year work experience
