The Business Systems Analysis Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of our business and reporting systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate across various departments to identify and address business requirements, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

A. Core Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the HRIS, CRM/SimpleView, and Venue Management/Ungerboeck systems, providing timely solutions to user inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance software utilization and improve reporting and dashboard functionalities. Capable of training end users on best practices for database management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for system-related issues, working closely with other teams and vendors to implement necessary changes and updates.
  • Compile reports and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to support system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Lead project management efforts for internal process improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Act as a backup for payroll processing using the ADP system.
  • Assist in budget preparation for systems and services related to applications.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

B. Leadership and Team Collaboration

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; two to four years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience with basic programming, SQL, and/or database management is essential.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • This role does not entail budgetary responsibilities.
  • Periodic access to confidential information, including financial data and company records, is expected.

Supervisory Role

  • This position does not currently include supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Exceptional interpersonal and technical support abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
