Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Logistics, SAP WM
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP Logistics, WM module.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Proactively identify and propose business processes and system enhancement.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues

Generic Managerial Skills:
Relevant experience in SAP - Supply Chain Execution, Order Management, Logistics, Demand & Supply management, Warehouse Management., Interface with FI, MM Pricing, Message Determination

  • SAP ERP knowledge
Need to have good communication skills.
Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
