Johns Hopkins seeks an Assistant Vice President of Alumni
Relations and Executive Director of the Alumni Association (AVP/ED)
to lead the strategic overhaul of alumni engagement at the
University.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Development and
Alumni Relations, the AVP/ED will design and implement an
innovative alumni engagement strategy in collaboration with nine
divisions across the University. They will empower a team of alumni
relations professionals, making strategic investments to align
programs with institutional priorities. Key responsibilities
include developing a data-driven approach to measure alumni
engagement, planning and executing alumni engagement strategies for
the University's next campaign, and leveraging alumni engagement to
support fundraising initiatives.

Successful candidates will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
and a collaborative approach to leadership. They must be
data-driven strategic thinkers with high-level communication and
relationship-building skills.
