Position Overview:

As a Licensed Customer Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our agency's success by providing top-notch service to our clients. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as you will be communicating with clients and prospects in both languages. You will handle a variety of tasks including answering calls, responding to emails, and effectively communicating with clients and prospects to address their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects in both English and Spanish, both over the phone and via email.
  • Handle inquiries related to personal lines and commercial lines insurance products.
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, updates, and changes.
  • Process new insurance applications, policy endorsements, and renewals.
  • Assist in the growth of the agency by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our agency management system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry - preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with insurance agency management systems is a plus.
