  • Arkansas is seeking applicants for the position of Digital Solutions / Process Engineer within the Technical Services Department.
The role of this positions includes, but is not limited to:
Establishing a culture of safety awareness. Implementing digital solutions to enhance quality and operational efficiency across various processes within the steel manufacturing environment. Provide technical support and training for all operational/technical activities. Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization through digitalization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline operations. Develop strategies for collecting, storing, and managing data generated by manufacturing equipment and systems. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while leveraging data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights. Implement monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and efficiency. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into operational performance. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to digitalization in steel manufacturing. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in engineering. Experience in developing and implementing digital solutions in an industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Engineering degree with courses in Data Science / Mathematics / Statistics. Strong understanding of steel manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.

Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
