Your Impact:
Join us as the Sales Marketing Manager focusing on Growth Accounts. Your role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for Small and Medium-sized businesses. We need a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a track record of driving sales through impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Shape the SiriusXM Media value proposition for the Growth segment.
- Collaborate on sales marketing strategies to attract SMB agencies and brands.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and challenges.
- Create materials to educate clients on SiriusXM Media's ad solutions.
- Contribute to client education through the SiriusXM Media AQ Academy.
- Assist in internal and external communication efforts for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Engage with the sales team to align marketing plans with real-time demands.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Tech, Financial Services, CPG, or media agency marketing roles.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and concepts.
- Proficient in developing compelling written content and presentations.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation.
- Research and insights experience is a plus.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

SiriusXM offers competitive compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The base salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $117,900, with potential for additional incentives.
