Job Description

We are looking for a Director, Revenue Operations-Enterprise & Wholesale to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness and sales/revenue productivity in both our Enterprise and Wholesale lines of business. You will be responsible for setting the overall direction and strategy for the company's sales team, by aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed KPIs, and managing people and teams to help them perform their best.

As Director, Revenue Operations - Enterprise & Wholesale, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Operations Managers who are critical in the day-to-day operations of our Enterprise and Wholesale Sales teams
  • Responsible for aligning people, processes and technology to maximize performance & results; Develop strategies and implementation plans for major projects/initiatives
  • Create and implement strategies for reducing churn and increasing sales results.
  • Oversee the development and adherence of the sales management process
  • Create top-down and bottoms-up forecasting processes and tools to enable monthly sales forecast
  • Create a culture across E+W leadership (sales, engineering, and operations) that is results focused and metric driven while driving continuous process improvement
  • Become the expert on business, sales and revenue trends, metrics and KPIs for each of Enterprise & Wholesales lines of business. Responsible for working with finance to model future revenue and sales and provide operational and capital expense forecasting.
  • Lead the development of materials for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors
  • Provide leadership coaching using a fact-based approach to the sales organization, and counsel to the Chief Commercial Officer, in implementing organization objectives that appropriately reflect business goals
  • Represent Enterprise & Wholesale organization with corporate steering committee initiatives and external consultants
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a senior level sales operations/ revenue operations leader
  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Analytical skills including financial and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal, written, project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to summarize key issues to management
  • A collaborator with excellent people skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite
