Job Overview:
The Director, Customer Operations leads a team focused on addressing complex issues involving multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal productivity in our distribution systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with major customers such as HT, Kroger, Walmart, etc., to tackle operational issues, drive process enhancements, and facilitate changes in market approaches. By evaluating existing practices and processes, you will identify areas for improvement and spearhead the implementation of new strategies for enhanced efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance business processes, tools, and systems by working with customers and field leaders
- Lead the team in achieving company objectives through effective communication and performance management
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to devise and implement strategies for improved efficiency
- Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations
- Provide field training on customer-specific requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficient in Complex Problem-Solving and Basic Project Management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in General Business, Finance, or Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 to 7+ years of relevant work experience
