Business Development Intern

Intrepid is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Intern to join its Growth Team. As a Business Development Intern, you will have the chance to delve into various facets of Business Development while supporting the team in tasks such as providing graphics assistance, enhancing the SharePoint proposal library, and crafting marketing materials. This internship offers hands-on experience and insights into the world of Business Development.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of Business Development expense reports.
  • Contribute to maintaining the Business Development SharePoint library of proposal documents and knowledgebase articles.
  • Offer graphics support for proposals.
  • Assist in preparations for conferences and Business Development events.
  • Research the competitive landscape to support the Growth Team.
Requirements:
  • Enrollment in a relevant educational program (Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or IT-related field).
  • Proactive and self-driven with a knack for taking initiative.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about learning Business Development.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Work Setup: Hybrid - Blending in-office presence in Huntsville, AL, with remote work flexibility.
Hours: 15 per week
Duration: 2-4 semesters, based on graduation date
Compensation: $17.20 per hour with a 401k contribution.
